RENTAL POLICIES

Minimum Stay Requirements
During peak season (December-April): 7 nights
During off-season (May- November): 3 nights

Deposits
A 50% deposit made to our account via wire transfer is required to book your reservation. All final payments need to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date. Damage deposits are required and vary per property.

Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a 25% non-refundable fee.
If cancellation is made less than 30 days,only 50 % returns.

Keys
A charge of $100 is assumed for every key that is lost, including safety deposit boxes.

Pets
No pets allowed.

Smoking
All rental properties are non-smoking.
